Kecia Michelle is Co-Owner and Agency Director at JTA Talent, a highly-regarded talent agency established in 1964 in Charlotte. She essentially grew up in the business – her mother is Jan O’Neill, owner of JTA for 30 years.
The Storefront Theatre is a readers theater performance venue working together to change our community through the delight of humorous, dramatic, emotional and impactful stories written and performed by local actors and playwrights.
Kecia worked as a model during her teen years and on-camera in commercials and film. After graduating college with a bachelor’s degree in Communications, she went to work as an assistant to the agents at JTA and worked her way up to the position she now holds. It is her love of the creative craft and its artists that keeps her from running away to raise Alpacas in the foot hills and has prompted her to join us on the Storefront stage. With her husband Rob Treveiler and their son Carey, Kecia divides her time between Charlotte, Wilmington and the mountains.
